Unfortunately we are not able to accept  late registration or on-site registration.

For those European scientists and engineers who wish to participate in the EKC2010 on 30th July (Friday), please email office@ekc2010.org and ask for more information. Since places are limited, we cannot guarantee acceptance of your registration. On-site registration is not possible.  

If you are unable to attend this year's event, we really hope to see you at the EKC2011, which will be hosted in France by ASCoF.

Registration fee and payment method

 

Registration fee for Member of VeKNI, KSEAUK, AsCoF and KOSEAA
(including accommodation on July 29 and 30, 2010- Check out: 31 July 201)

·         Single: EUR 100.-

·         Family: EUR 150.-
(Family with up to two children under 12 years, additional family/relative: EUR 100)

·          YGF registration: free

Payment method for registration fee: Members pay the registration fee (excluding additional costs such as additional accommodation, tour fees) to your local Association (VeKNI, KSEAUK, ASCoF, and KOSEAA).

Payment method for additional costs:

·         Additional accommodation will be paid individually at the hotel (check-out).

·         Tour fee (sightseeing programmes) needs to be paid at the registration desk in cash. 

 

 

Registration for non-member: EUR 500 (Accommodation is not included.)

Accomodation info: the local EKC Organiser will reserve rooms on your request. Please fill out the registration form. Conference group rates: 

·         Single room (including breakfast) for one night:   EUR 89.00

·          Doubel room (including breakfast) for one night: EUR104.00

Other information

·         Participants who need a letter of invitation for a visa application to attend the conference should contact Conference secretariat   (office(AT)ekc2010.org). 

·          The registration fee includes accommodation (only for members of VeKNI, KSEAUK, ASCoF and KOSEA), welcome reception, networking bar (drinks), lunches, coffee breaks, and the conference banquet.

·          All fees shall be paid in Euro currency.

·          Please note that credit cards shall not be accepted.

·          If you would like to stay longer than the conference duration, the same room rates for non-members will be applied.

   - Single room (including breakfast) for one night:   EUR 89.00

   - Doubel room (including breakfast) for one night: EUR104.00

 

In this case, however, please inform the organising committee (office(AT)ekc2010.org) no later than 10 June, in order for us to secure room(s) for you. Later modification or cancellation of hotel reservation may cause a cancellation charge.
